Focused Reset Sessions

Six weeks to meaningful change

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • One 60-minute deep-dive wellness assesment. 

  • Three 30-minute biweekly coaching sessions.

  • Written Wellness Action Plan tailored to your goals. 

  • Text support between sessions. ​​

  • -Add- an OligoScan for $100 (save $25.00) - ask your coach during your assesment.

    • Must be completed during one of the sessions noted above.

  • Value: $49 per session (save over $50 vs. individual booking)

90-Day Comprehensive Program (Telephone or Virtual)

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • One 60-minute deep-dive wellness assessment. 

  • Five 30-minute sessions across 90 days. 

  • Personalized wellness protocol with lifestyle integration plan.

  • Text support between sessions. ​​

  • Mid-program reassessment and plan adjustment. 

  • OligoScan mineral and heavy metal analysis (included - $125 value). 

    • Must be completed during one of the sessions noted above.

  • Value: $45 per session after included OligoScan ($455+ in services for $397)

  • In person/home visits subject to approval and additional cost.

Ideal for: Clients managing complex or overlapping health concerns, navigating habit change at a deeper level, or ready to invest in long-term wellness transformation.

Navigating the healthcare system should not  feel like a full time job. Our Nurse Advocacy service puts a licensed, experienced, registered nurse in your corner - someone who speaks the language, understands the system, and ensures your voice is heard every step of the way.​

In-Person Advocacy

(2 hr minimum)

  • Accompanying clients to appointments.

  • Hospital visits.

  • Special Consultations

  • In-Person visits subject to approval by Simply Rooted Holistics.

  • ​Mileage & Travel time is included within 30 miles of SRH mailing address. Beyond 30 miles will be billed  at hourly rate + current IRS mileage.
